Holistic definition of holistic health and holistic psychology

A Holistic Definition of anything must include the body. The human body is missing. Or when the human body does appear it is torn and battered. Just like mine, in this header, at a younger age.

Feel my human body shipwrecked upon the rocks, torn and battered.

Or maybe you have never had the courage to really look at your body, naked. Or real. Perhaps what you see is the fake body, the body image. The body no one really has, in high heels, thrown off center. Or the body chocked at the neck so tight sexual energy cannot move around inside of his flesh.

Or maybe you are used to the body image of sex that sells. The sexy woman’s body sells cars and beer to men who do not have a real woman in bed with them. They buy the image and make love to the body image.

Look again at the body on the rocks. Torn and battered. The pain, the pain of being dead or alive. There is human pain for those of us who are walking around dead or alive. Human pain is universal because we are not whole. Holistic humans are missing.

Parts of us are missing….. we are not in love with our real body.

I ask, “Holistic medicine, holistic health, holistic psychology”…………are we providing?

Not much. More than the last few hundreds years since all the witches were burned. Got to get the lost wisdom back in order to be holistic.

Check out The holistic definition I came up with for holistic psychology. The future, new psychology.

Holistic health, holistic medicine and holistic psychology must include the body, the whole body, the real body, your body and mine. Learn more about why you need your real, holistic human body for a good life.

Learn even more by paying attention to yours. Stop hurting your human body. Please.

I promise not to be so serious next time but I have been communicating via e-mails with a 16 year old girl in the midwest who is cutting her human body and I am affected by her pain. Her pain is my pain and your pain.

After the pain, comes the joy………

if you are a holistic human with a body, heart and soul.
